ASA-02 separator alarm
Separator alarm ASA-02 |
Artnr: ASA-02
| RSK: 5141014
EX-rated grease and oil separator alarm with status LEDs. Designed for use in environments with a risk of explosion. Electronic unit with the possibility of connecting up to three digital ASA sensors.

Features and benefits
• 230 V version with overview image of a separator with status diode for each sensor, which provides quick visual feedback on the state of the separator.
Layer sensor (ASA-LP):
• Enables rapid detection of the need to drain the separator's oil/grease layer to reduce the risk of overfilling and downtime.
• Gives the user control over the separator and optimizes the emptying requirement for efficient operation.
High Level Sensor (ASA-HLP):
• Ultrasonic sensor that warns when the liquid level in the separator rises above one
preset level above the outlet pipe.
• Provides early warning of potential clogs in outlets or filters, enabling quick action to prevent damage and spills.
Sludge sensor (ASA-SP):
• Ultrasonic level sensor that alarms when the level of mud, sand and other solid materials exceeds the predetermined level.
• Provides continuous monitoring of the sludge level to prevent deterioration of the separator's capacity and reduce the risk of operational disruptions.
Why choose ASA-02
Efficiency and Reliability:
By detecting oil/grease layers, liquid level and sludge level, the ASA-02 alarm ensures effective maintenance and reduces the risk of downtime and
injuries.
Safety and Environmental Awareness:
Early warning of potential problems reduces the risk of accidental releases and ensures compliance with environmental regulations and
safety standards.
