ASA-04 separator alarm

Control unit for 12 VDC operation
ASA-04 is a control unit for low-voltage power supply with an operating voltage of 11.5–20 VDC. This makes it suitable for installations where 230 V is not available, for example solar-powered applications.

Clear local alarm indication
The front panel has an overview of the separator and separate status LEDs for connected sensors. This provides quick local indication of the separator’s alarm status.

Layer sensor, ASA-LP
Capacitive sensor that detects oil or grease layers in the separator. The alarm helps the user identify when the layer needs attention or when the separator needs to be emptied.

High level sensor, ASA-HLP
Ultrasonic sensor that warns of rising liquid level in the separator. High level may indicate clogging, a blocked outlet or the need for action.

Sludge sensor, ASA-SP
Ultrasonic sensor that alarms when the level of sludge, sand or other solid materials becomes too high. This helps prevent reduced separation capacity and operational problems.

For installations with low-voltage power supply
ASA-04 is designed for 12 VDC operation and is suitable where mains voltage is not available or where the alarm is powered by, for example, a solar power solution.

Clear local alarm status
Status LEDs for each sensor make it easy to quickly see whether the alarm relates to layer, high level or sludge.

Reduced risk of acute problems
Early indication of layer, rising liquid level or high sludge level makes it possible to act before the problem leads to downtime, overfilling or unwanted emissions.
